The Park University Gilbert men's volleyball team returned to the winning side of the ledger with a 3-0 (25-21, 25-21, 25-19) victory over Soka University of America this evening at Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, Ariz.

Recap
The Bucs defeated the Lions for the fourth straight time. The Bucs and Lions battled in the first two sets with the Bucs pulling away late to take the first two sets 25-21. Park jumped out to an eight-point lead (18-10) in the third set as they cruised home to a 25-19 final set win.
Matt Kendler had a spectacular night with seven kills, no errors on 11 attempts for a .700 hitting percentage. It's the fourth best hitting percentage in a match in school history. He also had six total blocks which ties for third most in a match in school history.
Azzlyn Potts led the team with 10 kills, Jeff Agcoaili had 11 digs while Brandon Leyva (19) and Andrew Kennedy (13) combined for 32 assists.
UP NEXT
The Bucs close out the season with a match up Saturday evening against La Sierra who the Bucs lost to in Riverside, Calif., earlier this season. Saturday's contest will be played at Chandler Prep Academy in Chandler, Ariz., starting at 8:30 p.m.
