Nicole Slade joins the Park University Gilbert women's soccer coaching staff after playing three seasons at Benedictine Mesa University. During her time with the Redhawks, Slade notched three goals and two assists and helped the team to a conference playoff appearance.

Slade's coaching experience includes two years of youth coaching and one year as a Personal 1-on-1 Coach with Evolve Futbol Training. Slade earned her bachelor's degree from Benedictine Mesa in exercise science in 2021.

Prior to her collegiate and coaching careers, Slade was a standout forward at Round Valley High School in Eagar, Ariz. where she graduated from in 2016. As a senior, she scored 27 goals and notched 17 assists en route to a 20-3 team record. In her four varsity seasons, the Elks were state runners-up three times and section conference champions all four years; she was named an NAIA Scholar Athlete all four years.

She was named Division 5 Player of the Year, First Team Offensive Player of the Year and Round Valley's Girl's Student Athlete of the Year. She was also on the varsity basketball, softball and track teams and exceled in the classroom where she maintained a 3.9 GPA and was a member of the National Honors Society.
