Park Gilbert (19-20 Freshman): Swing forward who is expected to make a big leap in her second season of college ball … started 14 of 25 games … had her only double-double of the season with 12 points and 13 boards against Northern New Mexico (1/25) … was 4/8 from the floor in the contest with all four field goals raining in from three-point range … had nine rebounds against St. Katherine (2/2) … had four steals versus Chandler-Gilbert CC (11/5).

High School: Graduated from Hidden Valley High School in Grants Pass, Ore. … coached by Joel Jessee and Robert Jackson … a three-year varsity letter winner … averaged 12 points and 8 rebounds per game … Mustangs won back-to-back conference championships … ranked as high as No. 2 in the state … went undefeated in conference two times … named to Skyline Conference all-defensive team sophomore and junior years … tabbed honorable mention all-conference her sophomore year … named second team all-conference her junior season … in her senior campaign, named first-team all-conference and honrable mention all-state … voted team MVP her senior year … was honored on the all-academic team her sophomore and junior years …  a member of the National Honor Society … was named a Student of Excellence in Math, English and Science.
