Biography
Park Gilbert (2020-21): One of the Buccaneers' most reliable performers during his freshman season... set a school record with 2:04.11 time in the 800 meters at the Don Kirby Tailwind Invitational... finished 4th in the 800 meters (2:18.58) at the ACU Firestorm Invitational... also finished fourth 800 meters in the Bucs' first two meets of the season.
High School: A 2020 graduate of Seton Catholic Preparatory in Chandler, Ariz... four-year varsity letterman... ran track and field and cross country for the Sentinels... posted a 2:03.01 in the 800 meter in 2019, a personal best... ran a personal best 4:47.91 in the 1600 meters... competed on Seton Catholic's state team in the 4x800 meters twice and the 800 meters once... Rookie of the Year.
Personal: Majoring in business administration... hopes to work in management... parents are Alan and Rosalina... has two siblings, Varinia (22) and Vivian (17)... Vivian also runs track for the Buccaneers.
