Yakima Valley CC and Texas A&M University-Texarkana: Played freshman and sophomore seasons at Yakima CC (Washington)... coached by Kyle Krustangel… posted a .310 batting average and helped the Yaks win 67 games over his two seasons… played a key role in the Yak’s winning 14 straight games as a freshman en route to winning Yakima CC’s first Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) championship in 30 years… earned 2016 All-Tournament team NWAC in 2016… named 1st Team All-NWAC as a designated hitter and 1st Team-All Conference in 2017… played his junior season at Texas A&M University-Texarkana.

High School: A 2015 graduate of Bountiful High School in Bountiful, Utah… four-year varsity letterman… coached by Clark “BOOG” Stringfellow… posted a .350 batting average and 11-2 record as a pitcher over four seasons… notched a career-high .412 batting average in his junior year… as a junior, helped the Braves post an undefeated (14-0) record and win 19 games in a row en route to a Region Championship and Bountiful’s first 4A state championship in 26 years… earned 4A All-State and All-Tribune Team honors as a junior and senior… named a starter for the UHSAA All-Star Game as a senior.
