High School: A 2019 graduate of Captain John L. Chapin High School in El Paso, Texas… four-year varsity letterman… coached by Fernando Aguilar… over four seasons, Chacon played in 107 games, posted a .379 batting average and .487 on-base percentage while racking up 114 hits, 58 runs batted in and 127 runs… was named First Team All-District as a junior and All-Academic as a senior… helped lead the Huskies to three playoff appearances.


Personal: Majoring in fitness and wellness… parents are Griselda Saucedo and Ubaldo… has two brothers: Jonathan (22) and Alejandro (17).
