For the second week in a row and the third time this season, a Park University Gilbert men's soccer player earned Buccaneer Player of the Week honors. This week Brody Donovan is the recipient of the Buccaneer Player of the Week.

The Buccaneer Player of the Week is voted on by the coaches, staff and faculty at Park Gilbert. The player with the most votes wins for the week. The award recognizes athletic excellence and good sportsmanship.

Donovan scored three goals during the week including two against La Sierra in the Bucs 4-2 win and tallied another as against Soka as the Buccos swept the week with a 2-1 win. He had the game winning goal in both contests.

Donovan was a terror in the box, posting constant pressure with 11 shots, nine of them on goal.

The Mesa Community College transfer now has six goals on the season which is second on the team. He leads the team with 32 shots and 19 shots on goal this season.

Also in contention for the award were men's soccer player Caden Dossman, women's soccer player Yadira Bernal and women's volleyball players Lainey Calvary and Adrianna DeMario.
