AVONDALE, Ariz. --- The Park University Gilbert beach volleyball team (4-15, 2-11) lost by a score of 5-0 to the Ottawa University Arizona Spirit (19-1, 14-0), Friday morning at the Avondale Sports Complex in Avondale, Ariz.
The Buccaneers put up a solid fight, but ultimately dropped all five matches against the No. 1 ranked team in the NAIA and the defending national champions. OUAZ completes the season sweep of Park-Gilbert as they remain atop the Great Southwest Athletic Conference Standings.

The Bucs return home this Tuesday, March 31 at 10 a.m. MST, when they host the Benedictine University Mesa Redhawks (11-6, 8-5) to close out the 2026 season. Park-Gilbert will be celebrating senior day Tuesday morning at Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, Ariz.
