HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. --- The Park University Gilbert beach volleyball team (4-14, 2-10) dropped a pair of games Friday afternoon, at the Great Southwest Athletic Conference California round robin in Huntington Beach, Calif.
The Buccaneers fell to two ranked opponents, as they opened the day with a 5-0 loss to No. 3 The Master's University (12-6, 9-2). Later in the afternoon, Park-Gilbert closed out GSAC round robin action with a 4-1 loss to No. 6 Hope International University (7-12, 6-6).
The Bucs' No. 2 pair of Porsche Bauer and Adrianna DeMario secured the lone win from Friday afternoon, defeating HIU's No. 2 pair in three sets.
