The Park University Gilbert golf team opened its spring season with an eighth-place finish at the Coyote Springs Invitational in Moapa, Nev. The Bucs shot a three-round score of 941. The Buccaneers were in ninth place after two rounds and moved up into eighth with a final round 307 score.
