MESA, Ariz. --- The Park University Gilbert beach volleyball team (2-2) lost 5-0 to the La Sierra University Golden Eagles (2-2) in Day 1 of the Great Southwest Athletic Conference Arizona Round Robin, Wednesday afternoon at Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, Ariz.
After defeating Simpson at home last Thursday, the Buccaneers now drop back to .500. In this contest against La Sierra, Park-Gilbert's No. 1 and No. 2 pairs pushed the Golden Eagles to three sets.
The 2026 GSAC Arizona Round Robin features all eight beach volleyball programs in the conference, all stacked with plenty of talent. The latest NAIA Top 10 was announced Wednesday morning, listing five GSAC teams: No. 1 OUAZ, No. 3 The Master's, No. 5 Arizona Christian, No. 7 Hope International, and No. 10 Benedictine Mesa.
